SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM FABRICATION DISCLAIMERS
We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online stores. However, please note that colors, powder coat finishes, or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to monitor configurations, lighting, and device settings.

All items are custom-cut from 14-gauge Cold Rolled steel and finished with high-durability powder coating. Due to the inherent nature of metal fabrication, minor natural variations in steel grain, cut edge characteristics, or surface textures are standard and reflect the custom craftsmanship of our products.

We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any products or services purchased by you will meet your expectations beyond the design specifications depicted in our store. All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - CUSTOM ORDERS, REVISIONS, AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Monarch Studio Co reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Because our architectural steel products are made to order, once cutting or fabrication has begun on your piece, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal, household, or authorized commercial installation use and not for unauthorized resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases made at our store. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are authorized to use such payment method, and (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your financial institution.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING, FREIGHT, AND DELIVERY
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Monarch Studio Co is not liable for shipping delays caused by freight carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you.

Due to the size and weight of large-format architectural steel pieces, shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Any shipping or transit damage must be noted on the carrier delivery receipt and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

SECTION 6 - MOUNTING AND INSTALLATION LIABILITY
Monarch Studio Co provides decorative architectural metalwork only and does not provide structural engineering or professional installation services. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring proper, secure mounting using appropriate hardware rated for their wall structure, substrate, and environmental conditions. Monarch Studio Co disclaims all liability for property damage, personal injury, or structural failure resulting from improper installation or handling.

SECTION 7 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including all CAD designs, metal art artwork, logos, text, displays, images, graphics, and product designs are owned by Monarch Studio Co and protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or republish any material or designs from our Services without our prior written consent.

SECTION 8 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Monarch Studio Co is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Monarch Studio Co. You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Monarch Studio Co, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.
