Powder coating creates a durable, refined finish designed to protect the steel beneath it. Applied electrostatically and heat-cured, it forms a hard, uniform surface with excellent resistance to chipping, scratching, fading, and everyday wear.

Every Monarch piece is carefully prepped, coated, and inspected by hand to ensure consistent coverage, rich color, and a finish that meets our standards before it ever leaves our facility.

Available in five sizes: 23" × 11" (up to 5.5 lb), 47" × 23" (up to 23.5 lb), 47" × 47" (up to 48 lb), 60" × 30" (up to 39 lb), and 71" × 35" (up to 54 lb). Finished weight will be lower and varies by design depending on the amount of steel removed during cutting. Every piece includes a mounting system sized for secure installation.

Each Monarch piece is precision-cut from American steel using CNC plasma technology, allowing every line, contour, and detail to be reproduced with exceptional consistency. Our cutting process is carefully tuned for clean edges and accurate geometry, creating a crisp, architectural finish before the piece ever reaches powder coating.

From the first cut to the final inspection, every piece is produced with precision in mind to ensure the finished artwork looks intentional, balanced, and built to last.
